This is the first post on our new website, introduced during the DefCON 33 security…

The Cipherpod creates passwords but stores nothing. It is not a substitute for multifactor, it uses a token to generate a strong password.

This device generates powerful, complex passwords. If the device is lost or destroyed you need to have a replacement. If you don't have a replacement, lose your RFID token or forget your PIN, it is practically impossible to recreate your password again. If you used it to encrypt a device, the data on that device is absolutely unrecoverable.

Our privacy policy is easy: we protect visitors' privacy and gather only enough to ensure our website is running and gauge level of interest. For our full policy please visit our Privacy Policy page.
