I got phished and didn't realize it for a couple weeks. I read some news articles about LastPass and discovered that someone had broken into my LastPass account and stolen all my passwords. They got into my Washington Post account and a few other smaller ones - but my bank, healthcare, and investment accounts were completely untouched. They were safe because of how I set up my passwords inside LastPass: for anything important, I just put in my Cipherpod PIN ("CPOD 453627") - so even if someone got into LastPass they couldn't do anything useful with it. I thought I was being paranoid at the time, I'm sure glad for it now.
